Cajun Rub
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Cajun Rub
