  • 2 lb Large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 cup Cocktail sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Ice (for platters)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large Lemon wedges

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw frozen shrimp under cold water for 2-3 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels.
Garlic-Parmesan Butter
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Transfer shrimp to a large bowl, pour the butter mixture over them, and toss until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the coated shrimp.

Notes

Serve immediately with extra cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. Garnish with fresh parsley for a vibrant presentation.
