  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Equipment

  • large skillet
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Method

Cooking the Beef
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain any excess grease thoroughly.
  2. Season the cooked beef with Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then cook for 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
Preparing and Filling
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate and flatten each biscuit dough into a thin, round disc.
  3. Place a spoonful of seasoned beef and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Sealing and Baking
  1. Gather the biscuit dough edges around the filling and pinch firmly to seal.
  2. Melt butter in a small bowl, then stir in minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet and generously brush with the garlic Parmesan butter.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed, then let cool for a few minutes before serving and garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic Parmesan butter. Make sure to seal the bombs tightly to prevent cheese leakage during baking. Serve these immediately for the best cheesy experience!
