Mashed Potatoes
- Peel and cube potatoes, then simmer in salted cold water until tender (about 12-15 minutes).
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot. Add 2 Tbsp butter, heavy cream, and salt, then mash until smooth; stir in Parmesan if desired and keep warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, roast the garlic before mincing for the shrimp sauce. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
