- Pat the feta cheese dry and cut into 1-inch cubes. Wash and slice the English cucumber into ½-inch thick rounds, halving larger rounds.
- Ensure Kalamata olives are pitted and gently wash and pat dry the fresh mint leaves.
Assembly
- Layer ingredients onto small skewers, alternating cucumber, feta, an olive, and a mint leaf. Continue this pattern, leaving space at the ends, aiming for 2-3 pieces of each main ingredient per skewer.
Serving
- Arrange the assembled skewers on a platter, drizzle with olive oil, and serve immediately for best freshness and flavor.
Notes
These skewers are best enjoyed fresh. For a variation, add cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes to the skewers.
