Method

  1. Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Crack eggs into the mug, add milk, salt, pepper, and optional add-ins, then whisk thoroughly until frothy.
  3. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, then stir well.
  4. Stir in shredded cheese and microwave for another 30-45 seconds until set but moist; let stand for a minute before enjoying.
Peanut Butter Banana Toast
  1. Toast bread slices to your desired crispness.
  2. Spread an even layer of peanut butter over each warm toast slice.
