- Gently wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Remove the green tops and core each strawberry using a paring knife or huller.

- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
Assembling the Strawberries
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag with a star tip (or a Ziploc bag with a snipped corner). Pipe a dollop of the filling into the hollowed-out center of each strawberry half; a small spoon can also be used.
- Optionally, garnish the strawberries with cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, or a mint leaf for an elegant touch.
Chilling and Serving
- Arrange the deviled strawberries on a platter and chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving, allowing the filling to set and keeping them cool.
