  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • cooked crumbled sausage
  • red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat, brush one side with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Assembly
  1. Flip tortillas, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the un-oiled side, leaving a small border.
  2. Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese and any optional toppings over the marinara sauce.
Baking and Serving
  1. Transfer tortillas to the baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges or strips and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the tortillas are spread out and not overlapping on the baking sheet. You can customize toppings based on your preference and what you have on hand.
