Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
Coating the Chicken
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Drizzle each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can broil the chicken for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
