Truffle Base
  • 1 bag Andes Mint Chocolate Baking Chips (10-ounce)
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14-ounce)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For Coating
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
  • Melted chocolate
  • Cocoa powder
  • Crushed Andes Mints

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt Andes Mint chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
Chilling & Rolling
  1. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined dish, press evenly, cover, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  2. Scoop and roll chilled mixture into 1-tablespoon balls; return to fridge if sticky.
Finishing
  1. Roll truffles in powdered sugar, or coat with melted chocolate or crushed Andes Mints, then place on a parchment-lined tray.

Notes
