Preparation
- Melt Andes Mint chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
Chilling & Rolling
- Pour mixture into a parchment-lined dish, press evenly, cover, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Scoop and roll chilled mixture into 1-tablespoon balls; return to fridge if sticky.
Finishing
- Roll truffles in powdered sugar, or coat with melted chocolate or crushed Andes Mints, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
Notes
For easier rolling, lightly grease your hands with a neutral oil or dust with a little powdered sugar. For a festive touch, use holiday-themed sprinkles or edible glitter for coating.
