  • 1 All-beef hot dog Vienna Beef recommended
  • 1 Poppy seed bun
Toppings
  • Yellow mustard
  • Bright green sweet pickle relish
  • Chopped white onion
  • Tomato wedges or slices
  • Dill pickle spear
  • 2-3 Sport peppers
  • Celery salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook your all-beef hot dog by steaming, simmering, or grilling.
  2. Warm a poppy seed bun until soft.
Assembly
  1. Place the cooked hot dog in the warm bun, then apply a zigzag of yellow mustard.
  2. Spoon bright green sweet relish over the mustard, then sprinkle with chopped white onion.
  3. Tuck two tomato wedges on one side of the hot dog and a dill pickle spear on the other.
  4. Add 2-3 sport peppers on top.
