- Preheat the grill to medium-high (about 400°F/200°C) and lightly oil the grates.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, then set aside.
- Lightly sprinkle the raw shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the seasoned shrimp and pineapple cubes to a bowl or baking dish.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp and pineapple in half of the glaze for 15-20 minutes before grilling. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp, as they can become tough quickly. Serve immediately with fresh cilantro and lime wedges, and optionally with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
