Instructions
  1. Add rolled oats and chia seeds to a jar, container, or bowl with a lid.
  2. Pour in your chosen milk and stir well to submerge all ingredients and prevent clumps.
  3. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight (8 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir and add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency; enjoy as is or with toppings.

Notes
