  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil or Butter

  • 1 tablespoon mini pepperoni cooked
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat, then add olive oil or butter and let it shimmer.
  2. Crack eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until mostly set.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the cooked eggs.
  4. Immediately sprinkle shredded mozzarella and any desired toppings over the sauce.
  5. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Carefully slide the pizza eggs onto a plate and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, use a seasoned cast-iron skillet. Adjust cooking time based on your preferred egg yolk doneness. You can also add other quick-cooking toppings like diced ham or bell peppers.
